How do I appeal a ban?

To appeal a ban from our servers or discord, you may contact any staff member directly, ask in an assistance channel, or open a counter report through our Discord. Most bans may be appealed 30 days after they are received; however, each subsequent strike following a permanent ban adds 30 additional days until you may appeal.
Are strikes on my record permanent?

Generally speaking, no. In most cases, a strike will drop off your record after 30 consecutive days of good behavior — meaning no additional strikes have been added during that time. Strikes do not drop off the record of those who have received a strike lock or those who are indefinitely banned from our servers.
Where do I see how many strikes I have?

If your Discord account is linked to your Alderon ID (for Path of Titans) or your Steam ID (for The Isle/ARK), you will be notified each time you receive a strike. These notifications may appear in your message requests if you have not previously communicated with the staff member who contacts you.
If you’d like to know how many strikes you currently have, you can contact any staff member at any time or ask in an assistance channel for a staff member to send you a DM.
